Note: Our warranty on other auto parts is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty Terms
Coverage:Our warranty applies only to blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, and rockers. Additional parts like switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and gaskets are included for your convenience but are not covered under warranty!
No Appearance Guarantee:We guarantee the performance of our used engines, which may be up to 35 years old, but not their appearance. Inspect your parts upon delivery. For discrepancies, contact us at 1800-518-9776. Don't refuse shipments due to appearance. All engines are pre-tested. Contact us for help. Refusal will result in a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
Cancellation Fees:Cancel your order within 24 hours to avoid a 20% restocking fee. If the order has shipped, you will also incur 2-way shipping charges.
Returns and Replacements:We cover shipping costs for warranty-approved returns. If you deny a warranty replacement, it will be treated as an order cancellation, and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Compatibility:We use a VIN compatibility tool to ensure our engines fit your vehicle. If incorrect information is provided or an incorrect engine is ordered, you will pay two-way shipping costs and any price differences. Refusing a replacement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Customer Support:For questions during the warranty period, contact us for prompt assistance. Keeping a faulty item beyond 30 days may void the warranty.

Proper installation is essential to maintain the warranty for CVT transmissions.
Follow these specific instructions:
Replace the Transmission Controller:This step is mandatory for proper operation.
Access Installation Guidelines:Your mechanic can refer to the manufacturer’s instructions, or you can opt for installation at our service center.
