1. Authorization:

  All return requests for eligible items must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the original delivery date, subject to prior written authorization. To initiate a return, contact our support team at Support@usedengines.us or call 1800-518-9776

2. Effective Date:

• 

  All policy timelines (warranty and returns) begin on the original delivery date.

3. Transit Damage:

• 

  Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, documented with photos, and noted with the carrier.

4. Eligible Returns:

Returns are approved only for:

• 

  Incorrect items shipped by Used Engines,

• 

  Valid warranty-approved mechanical failures, or

• 

  Items reported damaged within 7 days.

5. Cancellations:

• 

  Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. Cancellations after 24 hours or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus two-way shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for:

• 

  Items modified, dismantled, or repaired,

• 

  Electrical/electronic components, or

• 

  Special-order/custom procurement items.

7. Customer-Provided Info:

• 

  Errors in vehicle/VIN information provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility. Corrected replacements may incur additional shipping and price differences.

8. Refund Scope:

• 

  All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Used Engines error.

9. Core Deposits:

• 

  Used Engines does not collect core deposits.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• 

  Refunds are limited to the original purchase price. We do not cover labor, towing, rentals, diagnostics, or consequential losses.

11. Inspection:

• 

  Mechanical performance is guaranteed; appearance is not. Cosmetic concerns must be reported within 7 days. Refusing delivery based on appearance results in a 20% restocking fee and two-way shipping costs.

12. Agreement:

• 

  By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to both the Warranty and Return policies.
